Just all round hassle free. Exactly what i wanted and it gave me confidence everything would be done right. Same experience i had from last time although better accommodation this time. Everythign was just right. The only issue with the appartment was very svery steep steps. not a problem going up but coming down would be no good at all for old people or those with kids. Not a problem for me though. Should be on the description but wouldnt have affected me.

Nohelia and Suzanna looks after us very well. The apartment was very well equipped for cooking, which our group was very keen on, and the layout of the apartment made for some nice cosy evenings in with friends. Loved your web site, lots of information and lots of pictures and very obviously written by someone who had actually been there, instead of in a remote office - this really made the main difference when choosing lovingapartments over other search sites.
We liked the ability to leave our cases downstairs after checkout.

The booking process is brilliant, the greeting process was great, its a lovely apartment, great location. We had a great time there, shame it was -18! It was just too cold to enjoy Amsterdam... but the apartment made a huge difference, without that we'd have been stuck in a hotel room.
I do think due to the nature of the stairs you should really ensure anyone of old age (over 60), disabled in any way or very young children should not book this apartment.

Everybody appreciate how the greeter Mark took care of us the first day of our stay. He is really friendly and available anytime we needed him. I really thank him for his kindness and the efficient service he gave to us. The next time, if I come in Amsterdam, it will be a pleasure to be welcomed by him. The apartment is in general good in terms of value for money. Nevertheless, there is a little problem about the Hi Fi. We couldn't connect the Ipod or Iphone into the Hi Fi. The main bedroom with the double bed wasn't really warm. Maybe the heater is damaged. Except the previous problems I talked about, everything is Ok.

The booking process, and the location and flat were great. The only reason for not recommending for the elderly and young is that the stairs into the lovely flat were so steep - and there is nothing that could be done to change this feature of the flat.
You do make it clear that you have to pay the balance on arrival during the booking process (and I did remember) but I think an email reminder a day or two before departure would be a good idea.

Booking process was extremely easy. We were only staying for2 nights although were happy to pay for the 3. But we needed to confirm this was acceptable to the company we were renting from. We found other companies very difficult to get a hold of or to explain this to. Having an English speaking office we could call was perfect and also staff were very willing to hold the apartments for an extra 24 hours or so until we confirmed we wished ve stay there. All in all much easier than companies I have used for similar trips in the past.
