Centraal #2, Large and Spacious in the Centre.

This very spacious three bedroom apartment is situated minutes from Centraal Station within the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District.

You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.

This three bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of three large bedrooms. In two of the bedrooms there is a double bed and a single bed. In the third bedroom there are three single beds. There is also a single bed in the landing area between the bedrooms.

The spacious living area provides two sofas, two easy chairs, dining table and four chairs, double sofa bed TV, CD & DVD Player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay iron.

The bathroom is clean and bright and features a bath, shower, handbasin and towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

There is a small hair dryer and iron provided in the apartment for your convenience.

Smoking is allowed in the apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
  • There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter, Queen's Day and Cannabis Cup periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
  • As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
  • A refundable cash security deposit is payable on arrival. This will be refunded less any deductions for damages occurred during your stay.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or do not show, there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.

We found other companies very difficult to get a hold of or to explain this to. Having an English speaking office we could call was perfect and also staff were very willing to hold the apartments for an extra 24 hours or so until we confirmed we wished ve stay there.
