This great 2 bedroom apartment is located just off Huertas, a vibrant street bustling with restaurants, cafes and bars. The famous Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are just a short stroll away. This really is in the Heart of the city.
With chic wooden floors, and good quality furnishings the apartment is an ideal base for your stay in Madrid.
The living room is bright and spacious with a large double sofa bed and two arm chairs. The dinning area has an attractive glass dining table and chairs for six. There is a TV, DVD and Wi Fi broadband Internet connection.
The modern and stylish kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a full oven, hob, washing machine and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are two good sized bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. There are two single beds which can be pushed together with bedside tables and lamps.
The second bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps.
The additional bathroom make this apartment comfortable for six guests.

A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.
For the first 3 days : 7 euros per day
For additional days : 3 euros per day
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card. (VISA or MASTERCARD) if paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
