These contemporary one bedroom apartments provide a large living area, a generous double bedroom, well equipped kitchen area and bathroom.
If you require a balcony, please make a request in advance as they are subject to availability.
The living area has a sofa (that can extend into a double sofabed), coffee table, flat screen TV with freeview and cable/satellite channels, DVD player, dining table, chairs and complimentary WI-Fi internet access.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The kitchen area has a hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea and coffee maker and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and a hand basin. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided in the bathroom. There is a separate toilet.
An iron and ironing board are available for your convenience. A weekly linen and towel change for every third day of your stay is included.
Air conditioning is chargeable at 5 EUR per day. On-site parking in a guarded underground garage at 15 EUR per night.
There is a fitness centre nearby in Holmes Place and an on-site grocery shop and cafe bar.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The booking price does not include the Budapest City Tourist tax which is payable on arrival at the current rate of 4% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellations: Notification of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to the start date of the booking to avoid cancellation fees.
- Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to start date of the booking will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights rental charge.
- Cancellation on the day or arrival or for no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
