This apartment is located in the 13th Arrondissement in as area known as des Gobelins. Situated on the Left Bank of the River Seine, it is home to Paris's main Chinatown, which is located in the South East of the arrondissement.
The 13th arrondissement also hosts the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterrand and the newly built business district of Paris Rive Gauche.
This lovely apartment is located in a modern building on the bank of the River Seine. There are outdoor cafes, restaurants, shops and a 14 screen cinema close by.
There are three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is plenty of light with four large windows.
The living area has a TV, two sofas, shelves, coffee table and desk with chair. It exits onto the balcony.
The kitchen area is well equipped with a hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and all the cookware that you will require during your stay. There is a dining table with chairs.
The master bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, built-in wardrobes and reading lamps. It exits onto its own private balcony with a river view. The second bedroom has two single beds (one folds out), bedside tables and reading lamps. The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, two wash basins, washing machine and WC.
The balcony overlooks the garden.
An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, stereo, CD player and wireless internet connection (extra charge) are available on the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 in cash is required upon arrival. It is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Cancellations. For bookings for stays of less than 3 weeks: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival a further cancellation charge of 20 euros will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 20% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 50% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- For bookings for more than 3 weeks in duration:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 40% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 60% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less then 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- A reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro administration fee.
- Late arrival will be subject to a late check-in fee depending on the hour you arrive:
From 19:00 to 21:59 = 10 Euro, from 22:00 to 23:59 = 30 Euro, from 00:00 to 00:59 = 40 Euro and Arrivals after 1:00 = 50 Euro.
Please note that check-ins after 1 are possible only by prior arrangement.
- Refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival (small apartments 200 EUR/ larger apartments 300 EUR). Refund: after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 EURO per person.

There are probably 35 restaurants and shops right on that little street and had someone not tipped us off, we would have left it unexplored. It's a great little area for dinner so close to the apartment that we could go home, clean the stink of the city off and go back out for dinner."
