Faubourg Saint-Antoine, Close to the Bastille and the Marais.

This lovely apartment is situated in the middle of a quiet courtyard in the Faubourg St-Antoine district of Paris, close to the Bastille. Nearby is the Opera National de Paris Bastille, an impressive curved glass building home to the "people's opera", and of course the Place de la Bastille, the site of the Bastille prison mobbed by the crowds of revolutionaries on July 14th 1789.

This area has seen gentrification in recent years and has a lovely new marina, the Port de Plaisance de l'Arsenal, with attractive cafes and shops.

There are three metro lines and many bus stations nearby that enable you to travel easily around the capital. The Marais is only a ten minute walk away and is one of the most popular districts with its beautiful architecture and excellent boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The apartment has a living room with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The living area has a sofa (can extend into a single bed), dining table with chairs, closet, bookcase, TV with DVD player, CD and MP3 player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the cookware that you will require during your stay.

The bedroom has a double bed that can be turned into two single beds if requested.

The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC.

A cot and a high chair can be provided on request. Complimentary wireless internet access is available. Breakfast is available on request (charges apply).

Additional Booking Conditions:

• A refundable damage deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival by credit card. This is refunded after departure assuming no damages.
• Cancellations that are made up to 10 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a 30% of the total booking cost cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 10 day prior to arrival will be charged the total booking value.
