This gorgeous apartment in Madrid is located in the Chueca district, at Placa de Chueca, home to some of the best and most fashionable restaurants and bars in Madrid. Modern comfort in a perfect central setting.

The air conditioned living area is bright and spacious, it is tastefully furnished and has a double bed to one side, a comfortable sofa, coffee table and DVD/TV.

The modern kitchen area is supplied with all you will need for self catering. There is a fridge, oven/hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided as well as an iron and ironing board. There is also a small dining table and chairs.

The bathroom has a WC, hand basin and a shower.

This is a very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location - a fantastic base for exploring this wonderful city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
