River Danube Cruise and & Dinner
The River Danube has played such a significant part in Budapest’s social, economic and historic evolution, that what better way of exploring the city, than from the river itself. While meandering down the Danube, the river banks display many of Budapest’s most iconic landmarks such as the Hungarian Parliament, Matthias Church and Fishermen’s Bastion. Gliding along the River Danube is one of the best ways to appreciate the grand structure of Chain Bridge, connecting the once provincial towns of Buda and Pest.
Lunchtime cruises available to enjoy the breath-taking views by day. Alternatively, early evening or late night dinner cruises enable guests to view Budapest’s magnificent illuminated buildings. Many cruises include a 4 course-meal and glass of wine, and with the evening cruises, live music.
If you’re planning a city break over the festive period, speciality cruises are also available for Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and a summer firework special on the 20th August. Cruises depart from the Pest side of Chain bridge which is located close to many of Loving Budapest Apartments.
