This practical studio is ideally located on the Rue Royale in the 8th district of Paris between the Madeleine church and the Opera Garnier and offers a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Situated on the right bank of the River Seine the 8th arrondisement is one of Paris's busiest districts. Also home to the Opera area of Paris and many other major places of interest including the Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe and the Place de la Concorde.
Nearby you have many gourmet foods shops including Fauchon Hediard, and la Maison de la Truffe. To the east of the studio there is the Place Vendome and the Place de L'Opera.
Right on the doorstep of the studio you will find a bakery, a butchery, a supermarket, local restaurants, a theatre and cafes.
The studio is bright and all open plan. As you walk in you have a queen size bed to the left, having bedside tables with lamps. In front of this you have a work top with a computer.
The living area offers you a sofa, a T.V, a stereo, a DVD player, a built in closet and a dining table with two chairs.
The cute kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, a handbasin and mirror, a W.C and a washing machine.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, a further instalment of 30% is payable to the apartment manager and due by bank transfer immediately. Details will be provided on booking. Please provide confirmation of your bank transfer on the day of your booking.
- Failure to recieve the second deposit of 30% within 5 days of your booking will result in your booking being cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation your initital booking deposits are both non-refundable. No further cancellation charges apply.
- The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival, payable by either cash or credit card.
- If you are checking in on the following days a 50 EUR charge will apply:

- If you are wishing to check in before 9.30am or after 7pm or on a Sunday a surcharge of 50 EUR will apply.
- Upon arrival a copy of a credit card is required as a security deposit for the duration of your stay. Nothing will be charged unless there are any breakages or damages within the apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and warm and is ideally located. We shall certainly plan to use it again, as we enjoyed our stay in it very much. There were no oven-proof dishes provided to use the oven so a microwave oven would be better.The apartment is beautifully quiet - a real bonus in such a central location.
