Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment has a living room, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and fully fitted kitchen.
The living room has a sofa, table and chairs, coffee table, Plasma TV., dining table and chairs. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the apartment.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the crockery and utensils you will need. An iron an ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. Two additional temporary single beds can be provided for two additional guests.
The en suite shower room has a free standing shower, a W.C and hand basin.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The remaining balance is due on booking via Paypal or Bank Transfer, details for which will be provided in your Confirmation Email.
- Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Further to this cancellation notification received within 6 weeks of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the balance. A refund of 50% of the balance paid will be made.
