Paris, Great Central Location.

This is located in the up-scale Eixample area of central Barcelona. Eixample is a more up-scale alternative to the more touristic areas around La Rambla. Eixample is famed for its stylish architecture, pavement cafes, great restaurants, delicious delicatessens and superb shopping. La Rambla is just a 20-minute stroll or a quick ride on the metro. With a metro station close by the entire city is close at hand.

The apartment is modern and bright. In the living/dining area there is a smart sofa, coffee tables, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and internet access.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, kettle and plenty of pots, pans and tableware. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

There are four comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and three bedrooms each with a single bed.

There is a modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower. A hair dryer is also provided.

Parking is available on request, during the week from 9pm to 8am and all day during the weekend.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations received more than 21 days before the start date of the booking will not attract any further charges.
• Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days prior to the start date of the booking will attract a further charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. This is in additional to the deposit paid at the time of booking.
• No-shows and cancellations received 7 days or less, prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance of the booking.
• At check-in guests will be asked to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200. This will be refunded unless any damages have occurred.
• Check-ins after 9pm will be charged at 30 EUR. Check-ins between midnight and 3am will be charged at 50 EUR. Check in after this time will not be possible.
