Palm Apartment #1, Charming Amsterdam Apartment in Peaceful Location.
This lovely Amsterdam apartment is located a quiet street, in the Jordaan. The Jordaan is one of the city's most popular areas with the locals and is where the Anne Frank House and some of Amsterdam's most beautiful canals are situated. It is also famous for it's very pretty winding streets with excellent shops, boutiques, galleries and restaurants.
The apartment is within ten minutes walking distance of Centraal Station and Dam Square, whilst only a five minute tram ride from Leidseplein Square. The Museum Quarter is also reachable on foot, but with tram and bus stops close to the apartment, the choice is yours!
The apartment is on the first floor and has one bedroom and consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. It has wooden floors throughout. Located at the back of the building this apartment is peaceful and quiet.
The living room has a sofa and comfortable chair and an elegant sideboard. There is also a T.V with cable channels and WiFi internet is provided. A DVD, CD player and radio are also provided. The dining table seats four people.
The kitchen has a as cooker/stove, refrigerator, coffee-machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and all the cutlery you will need. A complimentary mini-bar is also provided for your stay.
The bedroom has two single beds bedside tables, reading lamps and a further T.V.
The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and is modern and stylish with a shower, hand basin and a washing machine and dryer. Complimentary 'Rituals' toiletries are provided.
There is a separate W.C off the hallway to the apartment. An iron and ironing board is provided along with a hair dryer. A baby cot can also be provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply across the Easter Weekend and Queen's Day, a 7 night minimum between 10th-16th September (IBC Conference) and a 5 night minimum stay during the Christmas and New Year period.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date a cancellation fee equal, in total, to the first night's rental charge, will be incurred.
- If you cancel on the day of your arrival the full balance will be charged.

Website info and photos very accurate. Appartment had everything needed for a short stay. Excellent communications during booking process. The greeters (Jan and Jan) were courteous,charming and helpful - came to find us when we arrived five hours late and were unable to find apartment in dark! Although they must have hundreds of guests they made us feel that we almost their house guests, even taking us back to the station when we left. Thank you very much!

The apartment was wonderful. The greeters were great. They were near enough if needed but left us in complete privacy. I love that the apartment was off the beaten track and surrounded by locals and their families. The apartment delivered all that was promised and more. The experience was wonderful!

"The Anne Frank House was very interesting and only a 10 minute walk from the apartment but get there before 9am to prevent a long wait. The Pancake Factory on the same road as the Anne Frank House has delicious food.
The Rijs Museum was fantastic. The canal ride we went on wasn't particularly good but there are several companies to choose from so make sure the one you take goes past places you want to see. There was a great Thai restaurant near the apartment and supermarkets close by as well"
