The location is just an 8 - 10 minute walk to the the Sunnegga ski station, and a further 2 - 3 minutes to the village centre & Gornergrat station. It is in a quiet and residential area with good local amenities (shop, take-away and restaurants) and only a short walk along the pretty riverside to the bustling resort centre.
The Apartment is on two levels and comfortably sleeps 6 people plus 2 children. On the 1st floor, the master bedroom with double bed, has a wonderful south facing balcony with views to the Matterhorn. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom (WC/Shower and luxurious spa bath). Also on this level is a further double bedroom, and a third, family bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 persons) and a second bathroom (shower/WC).
On the lower floor is the dining / living area which enjoys plenty of sunshine and stunning views through the large windows. It is spacious and comfortable with luxurious modern furnishings and a south facing balcony. The apartment is equipped with a plasma television with cable channels, DVD, CD/Radio and free wireless internet connection.
The open plan kitchen which leads into the living and dining area is modern, smart and well equipped. There is also a WC on this level.
This is a fabulous apartment for enjoying Zermatt all year round. Its central location makes it extremely convenient. Attractively furnished and very well equipped, this is a great choice for your Zermatt adventure.

- In winter season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights and bookings must run from Sunday to Sunday, in multiples of 7 nights.

- Cancellations. For cancellations received 60 days or less before your due date of arrival, or for no-shows, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
