One of Zermatt's best mountain restaurants, this is a favourite of those that return to Zermatt time and time again.

During winter most people ski into this restaurant down from Furi, while summer brings a down hill stroll. Inside it's a traditional picturesque treasure trove of mountain memorabilia, outside on the terrace you may eat amongst the miniature chalets built over 250 years ago to house cattle during winter.

Home-made pasta, fresh fish and meats, the menu is eclectic, mixing the traditional such as a selection of Rostis, with our modern favourites, such as the ribbon pasta with prawns and courgette strips.
