The restaurant is named after the mountain-climber Edward Whymper - the first person to successfully ascend the Matterhorn. Whymper-Stube Restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, offering a wide variety of cheese fondues as its specialty dish. If you're not a fan of melted cheese, Whymper-Stube also provides many meat dishes.

Whymper-Stube Restaurant is located on the Bahnhofstrasse, and during the winter season, is open from 11am - 1am.
