The Apartment Nina is in a great location. It is located in a building right off the main high street so is perfect for accessing the many and varied shops, restaurants and bars of the town centre. Even better, the apartment is right next to the Gornergrat departure station - this is the chocolate-box train that climbs right up to the upper slopes. This apartment is very handy!
This is a spacious yet cosy 2 bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor, with a lift. The living room is extremely cosy and welcoming. There are two large comfortable sofas, cable TV with UK channels and a lovely wood burning fire (logs provided). In the summer this room is wonderfully bright and has access onto a sunny south-facing balcony with views to the Matterhorn. In the winter it is cosy and warm.
There is also a dinning area with a Swiss-style dinning table and chairs making eating a very sociable affair.
The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, both with twin beds. One of the bedrooms is located off the living room and is separated by a curtain.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a full oven, electric hob, fridge and pots, pans crockery and glassware.
The bathroom is clean and smart and tiled throughout. It has a bath and shower.
The apartment has a telephone, wi-fi broadband internet connection, radio and CD player.
This is a fabulous apartment for enjoying Zermatt all year round. Its central location makes it extremely convenient and being such a comfortable and well appointed apartment it is a very popular choice.
For this apartment the price includes a taxi from the station to the apartment on arrival.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- From 1st December - 30th April bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
- For this apartment the price does not include local tourist tax of Chf 2.10 per adult & Chf 1.05 per child per night. This is payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date or within 3 days of booking if booked within 30 days of arrival. Payment can be by bank transfer or by credit card. If the balance is paid by debit/credit card a 3% charge will be applied.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received up to 90 days before the arrival date Ch.300 will be charged.
- For cancellations received up to 60 days before the arrival date 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- Bookings cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date or for no-shows the balance will be fully payable.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to provide credit card details as a damage security deposit.
- Please note, this is a non-smoking apartment.
- From 1st June - 30th September there is a 3 night minimum stay. Cheaper rates are available for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact us for details.
- From 1st December - 30th April there is a 7 night minimum stay, except where a booking includes nights between December 27th and January 3rd, where there is a 14 night minimum stay.
- Cot/crib hire is an extra charge.
