Nepo #6, Stunning views.

This modern, stylish and comfortable apartment block is located in the district of Winkelmatten, in a quiet position on a slope. The property has excellent facilities which include a sauna and an outdoor heated whirlpool bath. There is a lift, ski storage, ski boot dryer, and for shared use a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The ski bus stop is just 150 metres away linking you with the centre of the village in just a few minutes. The Klein Matterhorn ski lift is just 600 metres away.

Guests will receive complimentary toiletries and a welcome hamper including wine, mineral water, chocolate, fruit, flowers, sugar and spices plus brochures and a DVD about Zermatt!

Please note that there is a steep footpath to the chalet.

This apartment is situated over two levels on the second floor. The styling is modern with very comfortable furnishings and with lots of generous sized windows there is plenty of natural light. The apartment has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living area and two balconies with beautiful views of the Matterhorn.

The entrance floor consists of three bedrooms and a separate bathroom W/C.

Bedroom one has a double bed, flat screen satellite television, radio and electric shutters.

Bedroom two has a double bed, flat screen satellite television, radio, electric shutters, and entrance to the west facing balcony.

Bedroom three has a double bed, flat screen satellite television, radio, electric shutters and a en-suite shower W/C. Bedroom three also has entrance to the south facing balcony.

The upper floor consists of a open plan living/dining and kitchen area, fourth bedroom and a separate W/C.

The living area provides comfortable furnishings with a flat screen satellite television, DVD player, radio with stereo unit, a traditional Swedish stove and entrance to the west facing balcony.

The open plan modern kitchen/diner that leads off from the living area is equipped with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, cooking island with bar stalls as well as the entrance to the west facing balcony.

Bedroom four has a double bed, flat screen satellite television, radio, electric shutters and en-suite shower W/C.

Wireless internet is provided free of charge within the apartment.

Please note that as the chalet is located in an elevated position access is via 80m steep footpath. The views are worth it!

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • Christmas and New Year 2010. Please note that for this period bookings must run from December 23rd, for 10 nights, departing on January 2nd.
  • For this apartment a security bond of CHF 1000 is payable on arrival by Visa/Mastercard.
  • For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid 49 days prior to the start date of the reservation. If the booking is received within 49 days of the start date of the booking then the full balance is due immediately.
  • The balance can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that there will be a surcharge of 2.5% for balance payment by credit card.
  • For bookings received within 10 days of your arrival date the full balance is payable at the time of booking by credit card. A credit card authorisation form will need to be completed and returned in order to take the balance payment.
  • For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently CHF 2.10 per person, per day.
  • Cancellations. Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us to pass on the management company in writing, by email and will take effect on the day they receive this during the hours of 9am to 5.30pm.
  • In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
  • Thereafter, if you cancel more than 43 days before arrival date you will be charged a further 10% of the remaining balance.
  • If you cancel between 42 and 29 days before arrival you will be charged a further 50% of the remaining balance.
  • If you cancel between 28 and 2 days before arrival you will be charged a further 80% of the remaining balance.
  • If you cancel 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
  • The apartment manager reserves the right to charge a fee of GBP 20 for any amendment made to your booking plus any cancellation or upgrade charges.
