Breithorn
The Breithorn is a mountain crest, closely located to the Matterhorn. Although the Breithorn’s peak stands at an immense 4,000m, it is considered to be the easiest summit to accomplish for climbers, due to its accessibility by cable car. The Klein Matterhorn, or 'Mini Matterhorn', Cable Car transports visitors to an altitude of 3,820, where they are able to start their ascent.
The flat peak of the Breithorn, makes it an easier climb than many of the other mountains and it is a great expedition for beginner climbers, although, it’s always recommended to travel with a guide. During the climb and upon reaching the summit, climbers can enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of the Matterhorn and the Mont Blanc.
