The living room is very sunny and extremely comfortable. There is a TV/DVD, music system and free wireless internet connection. A modern real fire brings warmth and cosiness.
The living area is open plan to the dinning area and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of pots, pans and tableware for self catering,
There are three spacious and bright double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower). Both bathrooms have hair-dryers. An additional bed can be provided to sleep a seventh guest.
A balcony provides a wonderful setting for an evening cocktail or morning coffee, soaking up the incredible views.
This is a beautiful apartment, sunny, bright and full of modern Alpine charm.
Please note, smoking is not permitted in this chalet. There are approximately 130 steps from street level up to the chalet.

- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid 45 days prior to the date of arrival by bank transfer. This can be made by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on request. This payment is made to the apartment manager.
- For this apartment check-in is from 4.00pm and check out by 10.00am.
- In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival 10% of the total booking price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made between 90 and 45 days before the date of arrival the deposit paid will be retained.
- For cancellations made within 45 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total booking price will be retained.
