Zermatt Nightlife
When the ski slopes close, Zermatt is still alive with its fun and entertaining night life. Post-skiing there are several places worth checking out.
The first aprs-ski place to start on your night out is Hennustall, which is located on the way back from the slope to the village. It is an exciting atmosphere that is a perfect way to kick off the night. Hennustall serves out of the ordinary drinks, such as their Vodka Feige, while also providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
The next stop is the Papperla Pub, located in the heart of the village, where one can find delicious food and fun in a more relaxed environment. After Hennustall, one may need to take a break from dancing, in which case Papperla is the perfect place to check out. It is also a perfect option for a more calm, low-key night.
A couple other areas worth mentioning are the "Schneewitschen" nightclub that is one of the more trendy places to visit, which provides wonderfully unique drinks.
There is also cinema, bar night-club and art gallery called the Vernissage that combines art and drinking. Recommended for a sophisticated night. In general, there are numerous places to visit and experience during the nights in Zermatt. They can provide either a relaxed night or a more eccentric and lively night in clubs and bars within the snowy village.
