The Esplanade building is just a short walk to the ski lifts, the nearest being the Matterhorn Express. It is also an easy stroll into the village centre for the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. In traditional chalet style, offering fantastic value for money, there are several different types of apartment in this building.
The building also has a Ski room with shoe heater in the basement of the house and there is a communal washing machine.

The living area is very bright with lots of natural light flooding in from the large windows. There is access to a private balcony which is great all year round with views to the Gornergrat. The room has twin beds, TV and CD player.
The kitchen, located by the entrance, is small but very handy for preparing breakfast and snacks. It has an oven, hob, refrigerator and pot and pans.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
