The Esplanade building is just a short walk to the ski lifts, the nearest being the Matterhorn Express. It is also an easy stroll into the village centre for the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. In traditional chalet style, offering fantastic value for money, there are several different types of apartment in this building.
The building also has a Ski room with shoe heater in the basement of the house and there is a communal washing machine.
This is one of two identical studios located in this building.
The living area is very spacious and bright with lots of natural light flooding in from the large windows. There is access to a lovely sunny private balcony which is great all year round. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a TV and CD player. There are also two pull down beds (with single mattresses but cannot be separated from each other as they are installed on the wall), and wardrobes. There are smart wood floors throughout.
The bedroom is also bright and comfortable with twin beds which can be pushed together or separated, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes.
The separate kitchen is of a good size and ideal for self catering. It is well equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are plenty of pots, pans and tableware provided. There is a separate dining area with dining table and chairs for four.
The clean and bright bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
This apartment is very comfortable and well located. It offers superb value for money and is a great choice for your Zermatt holiday.
