Access to the chalet is very James Bond with a venicular lift ascending from street level right into the chalet. Ascend through the mountain tunnels to your private mountain retreat and take in the stunning views of the Matterhorn. Located in the exclusive Petit Village area of Zermatt its elevated position gives this wonderful chalet privileged views over the village and stunning mountain scenery.
The chalet is one of only a handful of free-standing properties available in Zermatt. The Sunnegga lift is a mere three minutes away and the centre of town a further two minutes by electric taxi.
The property was designed by renowned architect Magali von Tscharner and was built in December 2008. Sumptuous fabrics and rich wood in palates of charcoal grey, cream and white, all combine to form a luxurious and chic alpine retreat.
The open plan living area and dining room create a feeling of comfort and light. Large south-facing balconies extend from each floor, offering the perfect spot to recline and survey the breathtaking views.
The chalet sleeps 12 guests in 6 good sized bedrooms spread over three floors. Four of the bedrooms have direct Matterhorn views and the master bedroom is truly spectacular, occupying the entire top floor and featuring an open fire and a high pitched ceiling. In each bedroom the beds can be made up as twins or a double.
Service is at the highest level in the chalet and includes dedicated chalet staff , Perrier Jouët Champagne reception on arrival, daily tea in bed, breakfast and afternoon tea, children's lunch and supper every day, daily Champagne and canapés, magnificent dinners prepared by the Chef (6 nights a week), carefully selected house wines, an open spirit bar and a range of soft drinks, fresh flowers, daily newspapers and Jardin des Alpes' bathroom accessories.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid at least 56 days before arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card.
Excluding payment for the deposit, credit card payments incur a surcharge of 2%. No charges are levied on debit card payments.
- Failure to pay the balance of the booking before the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund.
- Cancellations. Cancellations made more than 56 days before the start date of the booking will incur no further charges.
- Cancellations made between 56 and 29 days before the start date of the booking will incur a charge of 65% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made between 28 and 15 days before the start date of the booking will incur a charge of 95% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date of the booking arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking price.
