This lovely apartment is on the first floor of this building, located in the upscale Winklematten area, a largely residential area offering peace and quiet, yet just a 10 minute walk from Zermatt village centre.
Nearby is a convenience store, a cafe/restaurant and an electric bus stop whisking you to the Matterhorn Express base lift station in just 2 minutes. Alternatively you can walk to this ski station in 5 minutes. Snow permitting you can ski to within 5 minutes of the apartment from the Moos resort run.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen plus two generous balcony/terraces. A ski room and laundry room is provided within the building.
The living area is spacious and light and is all open plan to the kitchen making for a great entertaining space. There are two distinct sofa areas, one by the log fireplace, the other by a large LCD T.V. There is also a dining table with seating for eight people. The south and west French windows lead to the balcony/terraces.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer. With plenty of pots, pans and tableware it is perfectly equipped for self catering.
The master bedroom has a double bedroom and a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two singe beds.
The spacious bathroom has a bath, separate shower, W.C and two sinks.
This is a super chalet, offering great space and a peaceful location convenient for the lifts and easy ski access almost to your door.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit required is shown in the price calculation. A further 50% is required within 1 week of booking. The full outstanding balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card. If payment of the balance is by credit card a 3.25% processing charge will be applied. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on receipt of your booking request.
- Cancellations.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 70 days before the date of arrival 75% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made between 56 and 70 days before the date of arrival 50% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made between 42 and 56 days before the date of arrival 30% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made 42 days or less before the date of arrival no refund will be made.
