This unique, newly renovated chalet is ideally located just a five minute walk to the main Klein Matterhorn departure station and to the centre of the village. Access to the chalet is by its own telecabin, it is also accessible by a well maintained footpath through a pretty wooded area.
It is situated in a beautiful elevated position, with uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn. The charming tranquil surroundings, alpine setting and natural wildlife make this the perfect picture postcard location.
For the catered option a champagne reception awaits you on arrival and during your stay an extensive choice of wines and a well stocked bar are available for your enjoyment (October - April only).
Every detail of the chalet has been planned retaining its characteristic charm, using the ancient Chinese method of feng-shui to create a feeling of harmony throughout. Wonderful modern materials and natural woods have been used along with stylish yet comfortable furnishings to compliment its individual character.
The spacious yet cosy lounge has a large wood-burning fireplace, ample comfortable seating and is equipped with a plasma TV, DVD, CD/Radio and wireless internet access.
Large windows have been installed to invite the natural environment and light into the chalet. The lounge overlooks the terrace and garden and provides breathtaking views of the Matterhorn.
Separated form the lounge by glass doors the dining area has a large table that comfortably seats 12 guests and a fabulous feature window overlooking the surrounding mountains and village of Zermatt.
The stylish and modern kitchen adjoins the dining area and is extremely well equipped.
There are five double bedrooms, each with generous wardrobe space, mood lighting and fantastic views.
The chalet has three en suite bathrooms, an additional bathroom and a separate WC.
There is also a tropicarium sauna with adjoining relaxation area downstairs, perfect therapy after a days skiing. Massage and reflexology can be arranged in the chalet on request.
For the catered option our professional chef will prepare breakfast and afternoon tea with home made cakes served daily. A four course dinner with pre-dinner drinks, canapes, wine, coffee and after dinner drinks is served 5 nights per week.
There is daily housekeeping and a mid week linen change.
This apartment is absolutely stunning. Everything has been finished to a high standard with comfort in mind. This is a rare treat, Zermatt's best kept secret.
Please note that the catered option is only available from October to April. Outside of these dates the apartment is rented on a self catering basis.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- In winter season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights and bookings must run from Sunday to Sunday, in multiples of 7 nights.
- For stays of 7 days or more during summer discounts may be available. Please contact us for details.
- Cancellations. For cancellations received 60 days or less before your due date of arrival, or for no-shows, you will be charged the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
