This charming apartment is conveniently situated close to the free ski bus stop (150 metres), restaurant, children's play area and a shop. It takes six minutes to walk to Klein Matterhorn ski lift and twelve minutes to the centre of the village where the main bars and restaurants are located.
This chalet apartment is a luxurious four bedroom abode in the heart of the lovely Winkelmatten area of Zermatt, just a short walk from the main Klein Matterhorm lift station, with its own local shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor of a new chalet built in 2006 ,'Casa D'Amore', built in traditional Swiss quality with luxury décor throughout including Italian bathroom fittings, modern kitchen appliances, Swiss oak floors and fitted wardrobes. Guests have shared use of the wellness area which has a jacuzzi, sauna and rainfall showers which is located in the lower ground floor. There is an elevator in the building.
There is a large lounge, kitchen four bedrooms, three bathrooms and several balconies.
The spacious yet cosy and intimate lounge has three sofas, an arm chair, open fire, coffee tables with lamps, flat screen TV with Sky TV and DVD player, Ipod docking station, bookshelves and a long dining table with chairs. It has fantastic Matterhorn views through the floor to ceiling windows and from the balconies.
The homely kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, nespresso machine and all the kitchenware that you will require during your stay. There is another dining table with chairs.
Two of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, hand basin and WC. There is also the possibility for another single bed in each.
The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and an en suite shower room with shower, hand basin and WC.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds with a private WC.
Three of the four bedrooms have spectacular Matterhorn views.
Hair dryers are provided.
This property is fully catered with an open bar. There is also the option of just B&B and evening meals on 3 out of 7 nights at a reduced rate.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit required is shown in the price calculation. A further 50% is required within 1 week of booking. The full outstanding balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card. If payment of the balance is by credit card a 3.25% processing charge will be applied. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on receipt of your booking request.
- Cancellations.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 84 days before the date of arrival 75% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made between 83 and 63 days before the date of arrival 60% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made between 62 and 28 days before the date of arrival 20% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made 27 days or less before the date of arrival no refund will be made.
- Check-in time is after 1600 and check out is by 10.00am. Where possible the apartment manager will try to accommodate your requirements.
