Chalet Cham, Beautiful Chalet with Stunning Views.
This exquisite apartment is situated in a unique elevated and sunny position that offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the magnificent Matterhorn and the village of Zermatt. It has been built in a typical alpine style with weathered larchwood cladding. Chalet Cham is beautifully furnished in a high quality contemporary style.
You can ski to and from the chalet (snow conditions permitting) and can enjoy a great holiday in one of the most sought after winter sports resorts in the Swiss Alps.
It is built, designed, furnished and equipped to the highest specifications. The large, open plan living area offers fantastic panoramic mountain and village views, a 360-degree fire place (with ample firewood provided), LCD TV, DVD and surround sound system with iPod connection as well as WiFi.
The lounge has B&B Italia Sofas, Bowers and Wilkins surround sound Hi-Fi and a large high definition Sony flat screen TV. There is a dining table with six chairs.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with Miele appliances to include an oven, dishwasher, fridge, nespresso machine and all the kitchenware that you will require during your stay.
There are three double bedrooms. They each have a double bed, wardrobe, balcony and an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, hand basin and WC.
Laundry facilities and hair dryers are provided.
The on site concierge will be there to welcome you to the chalet and talk you through the apartment as well as the resort if required. They will assist you throughout your stay.
Inside, with the fire place lit, a bottle of champagne and bowl of fresh fruit will help you to unwind and get into the holiday mood. The apartment will be cleaned for you every day except on Sunday. The walk into the centre of Zermatt using a private lift down to the valley floor will take you 8 minutes or 12 minutes via the normal road. The walk to the Sunnegga ski area departure point is 8 minutes away.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit required is shown in the price calculation. A further 50% is required within 1 week of booking. The full outstanding balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card. If payment of the balance is by credit card a 3.25% processing charge will be applied. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on receipt of your booking request.
- Cancellations.
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 84 days before the date of arrival 75% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made between 83 and 63 days before the date of arrival 60% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made between 62 and 28 days before the date of arrival 20% of the booking cost will be refunded, less the initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made 27 days or less before the date of arrival no refund will be made.
- Check-in time is after 1600 and check out is by 10.00am. Where possible the apartment manager will try to accommodate your requirements.
