Alpina Haus is a new building wonderfully situated at the end of the Sunnegga/Zermatt ski piste, just 150m to the ski buses.
The ski buses will take you to all 3 departure stations and about 300m to the village high street with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. With decent snow you can ski almost right up to the entrance.
This is a modern, smart, yet cosy 3 bedroom apartment enjoying spectacular views of the Matterhorn. With large windows and a fantastic aspect this is a bright and sunny apartment. Best of all there is a large furnished patio, again with spectacular Matterhorn views, perfect for our summer guests.
The living room is spacious and smartly furnished. There are two comfortable sofas and a smart dining table sitting 6 guests. The kitchen is open plan to the living area making entertaining a sociable affair. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and tableware. There is an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and raclette oven
The main bedroom has a romantic 4-poster bed and en-suite with massage jet shower. There are a further two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower. There are hair-dryers in both bathrooms. An extra bed is available for a seventh guest.
The apartment has a telephone, cable TV/DVD and wireless internet connection.
This is a lovely apartment in a superb location. A great choice all year round.

- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid 45 days prior to the date of arrival by bank transfer. This can be made by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be emailed to you on request. This payment is made to the apartment manager.
- For this apartment check-in is from 4.00pm and check out by 10.00am.
- In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival 10% of the total booking price will be retained. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made between 90 and 45 days before the date of arrival the deposit paid will be retained.
- For cancellations made within 45 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total booking price will be retained.
