L'Ecurie is a lovely family-run restaurant serving homely Italian and Swiss specialities. A great choice for lunch or dinner, you can choose from a selection of grilled meat dishes, cooked on the traditional wood-fire grill, fine seafood dishes, home-made pasta dishes and risotto. The steaks especially are highly praised in this restaurant. Located in the centre of Verbier, over the way from the tourist office, L'Ecurie is popular with both locals and tourists, during the summer and winter seasons, and provides a rustic, country atmosphere with great food and regional wines.

L'Ecurie Restaurant is within the Hotel Ermitage and is open Monday through Saturday from 10.30am – 4pm for lunch, and 5.30pm – 10pm for dinner.
