Luxurious throughout, the property boasts three double bedrooms and one bunk room, an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, four bathrooms, and an enormous terrace and hot tub overlooking this stunning alpine location.
The open plan living/dining area benefits from spectacular views, with floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the light and airy feel of this space. The open fireplace creates a homely feel for elegant dining and relaxation, with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and internet facilities.
The well equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.
Chalet Heaven offers three light and spacious double bedrooms (including master en-suite) plus one bunk room with a single and double bunk.
There are a total of three bathrooms and one shower room in the apartment. One of the property's bathrooms features a jacuzzi for added luxury and comfort. Bathrobes and slippers are provided.
An enormous terrace featuring a hot tub and a furnished outdoor dining area overlooks unparalleled alpine views, offering the perfect setting for morning coffee or for simply soaking up the magnificent surrounding landscape. A large table and chairs are provided along with heaters.
Please note, this property is so private and secluded that it can only be accessed by quad-bike when snowy. Due to the steep steps leading to the property, Chalet Heaven is not recommended for parties with young children or those with restricted mobility.
A baby cot can be provided at an extra charge of 30 Swiss Francs. An iron and ironing board and a hair dryer are also provided. There is also a ski/boot room.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For Christmas and New Year 2010 the apartment can only be booked for arrival 23rd December for 10 nights, departing January 2nd.
- For this apartment the final balance is due 12 weeks prior to the day of arrival. Payment can be made by credit card (subject to a 3% processing charge) or by bank transfer. Transfer details will be provided on confirmation of the booking.
- Cancellations.
For cancellations received more than 12 weeks prior to the date of arrival your deposit payment will be forfeited.
- For cancellations received within 12 weeks of arrival the remaining balance will be charged and forfeited unless the apartment is resold in which case the difference minus the non refundable deposit will be refunded.
- A security deposit of CHF 5000 will be required to cover any damages to the property or any lost items. This can be paid in cash or via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on arrival, and will be refunded on departure.
