This was an excellent experience. Your staff is very professional and accommodating. We would use your sight again for sure. The apartment was lovely. Adding an extra hook higher on the wall of the tub for bath nozzle to allow for a shower would have made it easier for my husband with bad knees to wash. The location was perfect for getting around Prague. You made access to the apartment easy plus provided multiple sets of keys for numerous adults.

The transfer and check-in were great as was the luggage transfer on our last day.We loved the apartment but most companies provide a small welcome pack - tea, coffee, milk etc just to get you started. We also felt that some of the furnishings - eg the chests of drawers - could be better quality. The sink in the main bathroom was very slow to drain. All that said we really enjoyed our stay and would come again to the apartment.

You were always friendly, happy to help either on the phone or web. Emails responded extremely quickly and no request seemed like any trouble or a problem. Whole process went brilliantly and I've never organised anything like that before and so easy. The transfer/ taxi service you use in Prague was also clean, friendly and prompt.
Overall will defiantly use your service again. keep it up!!!

The communication from time of booking was good; we had a question prior to coming which was answered promptly; the greeter was very knowledgeable and keen to pass on as much info as he could; the cleanliness and warmth of the apartment was super; the provision of a safe was a bonus which we weren't expecting - all in all, a great experience for our first time in a new city.

I thought Vladamir did an AMAZING job in greeting us, decorating for us, and getting my lost luggage. He was SO great to deal with as was the entire company. Trip could not have been better and the apartment and location was a huge factor in this. I absolutely loved everything about the trip....I hope we can make it back and I will definitely go through your organization and recommend it highly! FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!! BEST EVER!!!! The greeter was brilliant, rung when we arrived at the airport and she was at the apartment when we arrived, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags on the last day as no other guests were checking in, this greatly helped us to maximise our time in prague. The apartment was as described, really good that washing up liquid and soap was provided along with plenty of glasses and mugs. We were very impressed with the value for money.
