You were very responsive to emails in the booking process. The apartment was great with two major exceptions that meaningfully detracted from the visit. Firstly the heating was not set and did not fork properly for the first full day/night so the apartment was unbearably cold the first night. There should be a detailed instructions book to explain the workings of all major appliances and house functions (TV and stereo were also very difficult to work out). Also, for a luxury apartment you need to buy new proper full size beds with proper quilts/duvets rather than crappy blankets from the 1920s. The bedding in the apartments was seriously terrible - so short so that my legs stuck out the end and hard as a rock. None of the rooms had proper bedding! Also in the modern age I would recommend all of your luxury apartments have an iPhone cord for the stereo.

Everything was how you described it. Which was great as many places dont. It seem a very safe area and all the staff from booking to key handover were very pleasant and friendly. My apartment had a reception service Monday to Friday so I didnt require a greeter but wasnt made aware of that.
My Hob system was broken, told reception who said they woudl fix it or replace with a press coffee system but did neither. She did offer to kindly swap rooms but i decided not to. If I was there for longer then I would have done as I use the hob to make good coffee.

Everything was wonderful! We are so happy with our memories in the apartment! The apartment was clean, warm, and a pleasure to come home to after a big adventure every day. Accurately described on the website. The apartment felt very safe and secure in the building. A hint of which way to go out the door (left or right) when handed the map of London and sent to find our apartment.We needed a manual for the washer/dryer and just two more items for the kitchen - A whisk and a chopping board. The matress really does need to be replaced.

The whole trip went very well. Our greeter actually let my store our things in the room for a couple of hours, before I could arrive to properly check in (my name was on the booking) which I thought was very nice. Loving Apartments booking did fabulously. As far as the actual apartment itself, my only complaint was that the one time we called the number we were given for assistance with appliances, etc, the person (who answered to the name we were given) said he didn't understand English, and couldn't understand our request.

Everything was ok for us, plenty of linen etc. There were 3 of us and it was big enough for us. We were delighted that the Tube was so close. we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. unfortunately there was a pipe burst in the bathroom on our final day, where water flowed from the appartment above us and into our bathroom and then down through the ceiling into the hall. Bit unfortunate for us as we hadn't taken our showers before this happened and were getting ready to leave for the airport but these things happen. The plumber came very promptly and we got sorted ok.

You gave excellent and clear instructions before arrival and I liked the customized booklet in the apartment detailing everything about the apartment and surround areas. Very friendly and courteous check-in process. - Find a way to avoid having to go to the office to check in (ie: mail set of keys ahead of time, and complete payment online ahead of time) That was a major time waster for a short 3 night vacation. Make sure the Internet works in the apartment (it didn't) The router worked fine, but it indicated that it had no data connection with BT, and therefore no Internet.

The most inviting thing was the lovely high tech bathrooms. Although the shower control on the top floor is so beautifully designed it took me ten minutes to figure out how to get the water running. My apt mate tried as well and failed completely! The only real problem was there were inadequate cooking utensils (pot and pans of decent quality) for an apt where a group might be staying. Just to make my morning coffee which reuires one pot for heating milk and a second for heating water I had to go out and but a small saucepan (which I took with me). Also the stove does not light without matches or a lighting stick neither of which was provided.
