Seems to have thought of everything that would make a traveller comfortable. We really love this place. If you could change the horrible steps (which you can't), this would be the best place for every type of traveller.

Loving Amsterdam Apartments STUART Philippines 2012-04-18 the location is great, free internet connection very fast, for the apartment, dustbins should be provided in upper rooms and bathroom. and there was only 1 liquid soap provided for the whole 5 nights stay for 9 people. if someone is taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom then there is no water in the upstairs bathroom.some things in the house need a little maintenance repair (railing,some doors). helpful shops nearby for self-catering: supermarket, poultry shop, deli.

Loving Amsterdam Apartments Scott Australia 2012-04-17 Tony, the greeter, was helpful and friendly.We picked this place for three features - wifi, a washing machine and a dryer. We didn't get any of them. The upstairs wifi hotspot had been stolen, so we had to go downstairs and sit in the corridor to get access to wifi. As for washing our clothes, we had to either do it by hand or find an external laundry service. Further, the main shower head was broken and the water didn't drain well, so we had to sit in the bath tub to wash.

Excellent communications during booking process. The greeters (Jan and Jan) were courteous,charming and helpful - came to find us when we arrived five hours late and were unable to find apartment in dark! Although they must have hundreds of guests they made us feel that we almost their house guests, even taking us back to the station when we left. Thank you very much!

The apartment was clean and located in a nice neighbourhood with good transport tram links nearby. The rooms were nice and airy with natural light streaming in. Loved the Mon & Sat markets practically at our doorstep ! Also love fact canals were very nearby. Restaurants nearby served good Indian & Indonesian food plus supermarket 80 m away was most convenient. It was also very convenient for owners to arrange for return airport transfers and the driver was really nice guy.
