Terms & Conditions when Booking Accommodation
Here are the Terms & Conditions that apply when you book accommodation with us. By making a booking you are agreeing to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions. Also, please note that by booking with us you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions
implied by the answers in the Your Questions Answered
We want to be clear and transparent in how we work with you, so please contact us if you have any questions or require any further clarification.
Loving Apartments Limited act as an agent in the booking of your accommodation. We arrange your accommodation with the Principal (the apartment owner).
Your contract will be with the Principal. Any actions we take and the terms of business on which we arrange your accommodation with the Principal are done
on their behalf. As an agent we do not accept responsibility for the provision of your accommodation by the Principal, with whom you have a contract.
Responsibility For Your Booking
Your contract is with the Principal. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in line with your instructions. We do not accept responsibility
for any information about the accommodation provided by the Principal and passed on to you in good faith. Loving Apartments takes great care in
selecting and inspecting properties.
We suggest that you ensure that your travel insurance covers No Show and Cancellation Costs.
Bookings are not transferable from one apartment to another.
In the event that you, the client, cancel or change the booking or do not arrive, that is, a "No Show", the deposit will not be refunded.
Notification Of Cancellation
Any cancellation or amendment must be sent to us to pass on to the Principal in writing (email is acceptable) and will take effect on the day we receive this during the Reservation Team office hours.
Our Reservation Team office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 10am - 5pm GMT.
We do not operate office hours on Sundays or U.K. public holidays. Please note that some Principals do not operate office hours on Saturday or Sunday.
In that case your cancellation will apply from the day it is received by the Principle Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 pm. If you need to cancel a booking urgently,
and it is outside our office hours, then we advise you to inform the apartment directly using the contact details you'll find on the confirmation email.
Please note that email can be unreliable, so we will always send a reply to acknowledge your cancellation request. If you do not receive a reply then
please contact us as soon as possible to confirm your request was received.
Cancellations, No Show, Balance Payments
Cancellation and No Show costs, and the process for paying the balance of the booking
are shown in the Additional Conditions section on each Apartment Page, and also the Booking Form when booking that apartment, and again on the Confirmation Email.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is normally after 3pm however we will try to accommodate all arrival times into your apartment.
Arrivals after office hours may be charged a small extra fee. This is be detailed on the Booking Form.
Check-Out is normally before 11am on the day of departure.
If you are not checked out at the agreed time, and so delay
our preparation team for the next guests you may be charged an additional fee. This is be detailed on the Booking Form.
Please also refer to the Additional Booking Conditions on the
individual apartment page for any further applicable charges regarding check-in and check-out time that supercede these.
Changes to Number of Guests
We can amend your booking free of charge up until a day before your arrival at your apartment. After this point schedules for laundry and linen
may have been prepared, and so will not be able to guarantee that changes can be accommodated. Also please be aware
that for any change in price, an adjustment to the deposit may be required.
Please note that in some cases the Principal may charge an administration fee for making a change to your booking once it has been confirmed.
Amendments made by Loving Apartments Limited on Behalf of the Principal.
In the event that the Principal cannot provide you, the client, with the
particular apartment that was booked, the Principal and Loving Apartments Limited will endeavour to
find apartment of similar characteristics subject to availability. In the event that no agreement can be reached as to alternative
accommodation, it will be assumed that you wish to receive a refund. Loving Apartments Limited will not be liable for further claims by the client.
Number and Identity of the Guests
You, the client, will inform Loving Apartments Limited of the number of guests included within the booking.
Unless otherwise agreed by Loving Apartments Limited, only the number of persons indicated by the
client when booking shall be authorised to use the apartment. The number of
persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated
for each apartment. Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted.
In the event that Loving Apartments Limited or the Principal, or any of its agents, discover any infringement of the aforementioned obligations,
the Principal, or Loving Apartments Limited, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to request the client
to leave the apartment and the client shall have no right to claim any type of
The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client in the apartment. When leaving the apartment, the client will
be obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. The Principal or Loving Apartments Limited will be entitled to deduct any cleaning charges from the
credit card used to secure the booking.
The client signing the agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her.
Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, the Principal or Loving Apartments Limited shall
be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the
latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
Limitation of Liabilities
Neither the Principal nor Loving Apartments Limited shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as
a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses
because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour. In addition Loving Apartments Limited is acting solely as an agent for the Principal.
Any agreement signed between the client and Loving Apartments Limited pertains soley to the behaviour of the client whilst in the property,
and the authorisation of credit card charges.
You Indemnify Us in the Event of Damage Caused by You
Please be aware that your stay can be terminated with no refund if the behaviour of your party falls below an acceptable standard.
The Principal will usually require you to pay for any damages you or your party have caused. We are under no obligation to you in this event.
You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the Principal or any third party as a result
of you or your party's actions whilst using the Principals property.
Loving Apartments Limited, as an agent, and the Principal, do not accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the
contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to Force Majeure. Force Majeure includes any event which even with due care could not
be foreseen or avoided. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the destruction of your accommodation due to fire, flood, explosion, storm or other
weather damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war and all similar
situations beyond the control of the Principal.
The Principal and Loving Apartments Limited reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as
may be in line with the company's business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate
measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this
site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes
to comply with any such changes. Whilst Loving Apartments Limited do their utmost to maintain the accuracy of the information contained on our website, we cannot be
held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation to
information on or accessible from this website. These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Loving Apartments Limited takes the privacy of its customer's data very seriously. Please read through the following policy
statement to understand how we treat your personal data after it has been collected through use of our website. We
can assure you that we only use your data as specified within this statement and for our legitimate business reasons.
When do we collect data?
We can collect data from you in two ways:
- When you book an apartment through our website.
- When you speak to one of our customer services personnel.
What do we do with your personal information?
When you book an apartment through our website, we will need to collect information about you to facilitate the booking.
This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address, telephone number and credit or
debit card details. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal information to third parties if it
is required to complete your transaction with us.
Do we sell your personal data to third parties?
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage
and emails sent to Loving Apartments Limited may be used as testimonials on our apartments but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed.
