We will need to verify that the price you have found is a genuine offer for exactly the same
Sitges accommodation, and is genuinely bookable, at the price
you have found, without any hidden extras at the time that we try to verify it. Claims must be based on
standard, advertised prices, and exclude any special
deals or money off vouchers. We will not be able to match on prices where mistakes have been made
on other people's websites and if we cannot verify the
price then we will not be able to offer the refund. The acceptance of any claim must
ultimately be at our discretion, although we will at all times act
fairly and in good faith.
