This is a fantastic apartment for those who enjoy spectacular views. Located right on the sea front with amazing views out over the Mediterranean and the beautiful historic old town. The street below is lined with wonderful cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. The centre of the old town is just a short 5 minute stroll away.
The studio apartment is quite cosy but perfectly equipped for self catering. The lounge area has a large sofa (which is also a sofa bed) and a 2-person dining table/chairs and has access to a balcony which also has further tables and chairs and stunning views out over the beach. There is a Plasma screen TV with satellite (some international channels). There is also a CD player and wireless internet access (wireless access only - there is no modem).
The kitchen is well equipped with a full hob and oven, refrigerator, nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules, kettle and crockery and pots and pans are all provided.
The bedroom area is open to the lounge area and has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a good-sized wardrobe. You can see the waves of the Mediterranean from your bed!
The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, WC and hand basin.
For this apartment, during the summer season, we offer free sun loungers at the beach directly in front of the apartment. We also provide beach towels.
The apartment is air conditioned for year-round comfort.
For bookings of more than 7 nights a weekly clean and linen change will be provided.
This is a lovely studio apartment in a great location, with amazing views.
Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift. The apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age although we can accept babies under 1 year.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
- If paying the balance by credit card you will be required to produce the card at arrival and sign an authorisation form. Credit card payments for the balance are subject to a 3% card processing fee.
