This attractive apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town so is perfectly located for the cafes, restaurants and shops. With the beaches just a short stroll away the location is hard to beat.
The apartment is bright and spacious, it is modern, stylish and very comfortable.
The living/dining area is open plan therefore maximising light and space. There is a large comfortable sofa, smart flat screen TV with Spanish digital channels and access to a small balcony. USB Internet access is available on request. The dining area is a great space for entertaining and has a large table with six designer chairs.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you will need for your self catering stay, including an oven/hob, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are three bright and spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom two has two single beds and a wardrobe, the third bedroom has a single bed.
The bathroom is crisp, clean and fully tiled, it has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
Please note the apartment has two air conditioning units which are used to cool the entire apartment.
This is a smart apartment in a fantastic central location, with bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the beach just a minute walk away, this is a great choice for your stay in buzzing Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cash security deposit of 250 euros must be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
