This is a great apartment which is wonderfully welcoming and comfortable in a quieter part of town, yet only five minutes walk to the beach.
The living room is beautifully light and fresh with wonderful wood flooring giving it a warm and cosy feel. There is a comfortable corner sofa, arm chair, TV with Satellite channels , DVD, stereo and internet access. The living area is air conditioned and opens out via double glazed French doors onto a wonderful 'chill out' terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying a glass of cava. There is also a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The superb kitchen is full of everything you will need to host your dinner parties on the terrace. With white units and plenty of work tops, the kitchen is cleverly laid out to maximise space and includes the full range of appliances including a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, glasses, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery are provided
There is a double bedroom on the lower floor with a spacious walk in shower and dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space.
From the hallway there are stairs to the upper level, with a fabulous en-suite double bedroom with a bath and shower and access to another terrace, the perfect place to top up your tan.
This is a luxurious apartment that provides every comfort for your stay in a peaceful location but still an easy stroll to the bars and restaurants in the centre and of course the beaches. The apartment provides ample space to be comfortable and to entertain at home.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
