A light and airy duplex attic apartment is situated on the 3rd and 4th floors in a tranquil mews street but still close to the beaches bars and restaurants.
A good sized apartment with three double rooms and two bathrooms including a jacuzzi bath en-suite to the master bedroom and ample enclosed and open terraces with lovely views over the gardens and open square.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without a lift, but is air conditioned in the main living area and the bedrooms. It is centrally heated and benefits from a a number of balconies and open and closed terraces. Making it light and airy with plenty of space for everybody.
The living area is light and bright has two balconies, making it fresh and breezy, one of which is a standing balcony, the other large enough to sit out on where there are nice views to the street and gardens. There is a ceramic tiled floor and a big L-shaped really comfy beige sofa with extra big red cushions to add a splash of colour to the cool tones.
It has a TV, DVD/CD player, and also a dining area with a glassed topped dining table and 6 chairs with groovy red standard and table lamps. There is a big air conditioning unit which can cool the living/dining area and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and iron and ironing board. There is a gas hob and an electric fan oven.
On this same level are the two bedrooms and a hallway with fitted wardrobes.
The first bedroom is of a good size with a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps with fitted wardrobes and access to a standing balcony with lovely views to the gardens and the hillside surrounding Sitges. There is a colonial style ceiling fan.
The second bedroom is smaller but has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a bedside cabinet and light again with a standing balcony with the views to the gardens. There is a colonial style ceiling fan.
The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath, shower, w.c. and sink.
Stairs take you up to the top floor where there is a master bedroom suite. Double bed with bedside cabinets and shelves above the bed and wall mounted reading lights. The bedroom is air conditioned and leads on to the ensuite bathroom.
The ensuite bathroom is in beige mosaic tiled walls and a marble floor with a great jacuzzi bath with a sink, w.c. and a big glass sided shower. All very light with lovely views.
The terrace is a really good size, part is covered so gives a good extra room for kids to play or to use for relaxing, then there is an open part of the terrace, with a teak dining table and 6 chairs for enjoying al fresco dining or drinks at sunset.
Only two minutes from the beach with the popular Picnic beach being closest and in very easy reach of all the bars and restaurants that Sitges has to offer. Being in this mews street however is is a quiet retreat from any late night-life noise.
Thoroughly recommended for a family or group of friends wanting space and comfort in a town centre setting but offering tranquillity too.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
