San Gaudencio #2, Enticing and Romantic Retreat.

This attractive apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town so is perfectly located for the cafes, restaurants and shops. The beaches are just a brief stroll away - the location is hard to beat.

The living room is stylishly furnished with a sofa, TV with DVD player, wifi internet access and dining table with chairs. The apartment has air conditioning in the living area.

The practical kitchen is open plan to the living area and is well equipped with an oven with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, diswasher and all the cookware that you will require during your stay. There is a breakfast bar with two stools.

There are two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and the second has two single beds, each has a wardrobe for storage.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

The small standing balcony faces on to the street below.

This is a great apartment in the heart of the old town, a fantastic base for enjoying all that Sitges has to offer..

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Arrivals between 12.00am and 1.00am will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
• Arrivals after 1am cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
• A cash security deposit of 150 euros must be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
