This attractive apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town so is perfectly located for the cafes, restaurants and shops. The beaches are just a brief stroll away - the location is hard to beat. There is an entrance way, living room, open kitchen, comfortable bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
The living room is stylishly furnished with a sofa, TV with DVD/CD player, wifi internet access, coffee table, two poofs, candelabras, arm chair, lamp and various pieces of artwork. The apartment has air conditioning in the living area.
The practical kitchen is well equipped with an oven with hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and all the cookware that you will require during your stay. There is a breakfast bar with two stools.
The bedroom has a queen size bed. bedside tables and lamps. A cot can be requested (suitable for a child under 2 years).
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
The covered terrace has wonderful open archways, a dining table and chairs to enable guests to dine in its tranquil setting. There is also a separate balcony area and a small pantry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This is a great apartment in the heart of the old town, a fantastic base for enjoying all that Sitges has to offer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals between 12.00am and 1.00am will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
- Arrivals after 1am cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
- A cash security deposit of 150 euros must be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
