Situated in the centre of Sitges, with the beach just minutes away and the heart of the town centre packed with fabulous tapas bars, a variety of great restaurants and bars and a wealth of fantastic boutiques nearby, the location is hard to beat.
The living room is cosy and simply furnished with some lovely traditional pieces. The wonderful tiled floors catch the light filling the apartment. There are two comfortable sofas, coffee table, arm chair and a dining table and chairs. From the lounge you can access the small sunny balcony, with a small table and two chairs, it is just big enough for a spot of al fresco dining or a refreshing glass of cava!
The kitchen has everything you might need for self-catering with wooden units and granite tops. It is fully fitted with an oven/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
The master bedroom is wonderful - spacious with fitted wardrobes, double bed, two arm chairs, TV and a smart ensuite bathroom, with a full bath and overhead shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed.
The separate bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.
This is a very attractive traditional apartment, Its location is perfect for ease of access to the beaches and the cafes, restaurants and nightlife which make Sitges such a great place for a wonderful holiday.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
