This amazing apartment is located in a small complex in a fabulous location right on the water's edge. The centre of the town is a 15 to 20 minute walk along a pretty coastal path or a 5 minute drive. Sitges glamorous port is even closer and offers a wide variety of cocktail terraces, cafes and fabulous restaurants.
Its amazing location means that our guests can hear the waves crashing against the rocks below the apartment.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and extremely bright and spacious. The apartment is circular in shape giving a 180 degree view of the sea, the beach and the port.
The living room enjoys stunning uninterrupted views out to sea, thanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors and many windows that give the impression you are 'floating' above the Mediterranean.
This room is full of character with wooden deck flooring, lots of interesting art, books and candles make this a very romantic, cosy and relaxed space. There is a fabulous wooden dining table, two luxurious sofas, a 42" flat screen TV, DVD, CD and free WIFI internet access. From the living room you can step out onto the large 'wrap around' terrace which is drenched in sunlight for much of the day. There is a table and six chairs, perfect for Al Fresco dining, literally over the Mediterranean.
The kitchen, though compact, is modern and well equipped for self catering with a fridge, vitro ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender and Nespresso coffee machine.
The lower level is accessed by a spiral staircase which opens onto an amazing bedroom. Once again the views are simply breath taking. There is an elegant king size four poster bed, plenty of wardrobe space and storage facilities and two comfortable armchairs were you can relax and read a book or simply take in the in the amazing view. There is an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, large mirror, hand basin and WC.

The complex has a large communal pool and a lovely beach is accessible by foot path (less than 5 minutes away).
This is a sensational apartment, in a stunning location with panoramic views, it is a romantic hideaway in wonderful tranquil surroundings.
Please Note: We have 5 Gaviota apartments, they are not situated within the same building, but are on the same complex just a minute walk from each other.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- From 1st July - 31st August bookings must start on a Saturday.
- Bookings during the summer season (30th June - 31st August) must be from Saturday to Saturday, however bookings for other dates may be considered on a request basis.
- On arrival you will be required to provide a cash security deposit of Euros 200. This will be refunded at check-out assuming there has been no damages in the apartment.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
