This apartment is fantastically located in the Old Town, just a minutes walk to San Sebastian Beach and the restaurants, cafes and shops of the bustling centre of the town.
This attractive apartment feels spacious and bright, spanning the top two floors of a modern building with a lift.
The living room is on the upper level and is open plan to the dinning area with plenty of french windows providing lots of natural light. There is a large comfortable sofa, TV with free view satellite channels, CD/DVD player and ADSL internet. The dinning area has a beautiful solid wood table, and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
An internal staircase leads up from the living area to a sunny terrace with lovely views of the town, the hills and the Mediterranean. Sun loungers are provided.
The bedrooms are on the lower level (also the entry level to the apartment). The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and wardrobes with a large wet room shower. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and a third with one single bed.
There is a second shower room also on this level.
Full width patio doors lead to a spacious terrace perfect for alfresco entertaining or simply relaxing after a hectic day on the beach.
This well priced apartment is wonderfully located close to the beaches and the buzzing streets of the old town. A great choice for your next trip to wonderful Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
