The apartment is located in the beautiful Vinyet area of town known for its peaceful tree-lined streets. Set back just a few streets from the beach front and a pleasant 15 minute stroll into the town centre, this is an enviable location.
The living room is bright and spacious, simply but comfortably furnished with sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, dinning table, flat screen TV, and DVD. Windows open on to a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and pool below. With a table and chairs this is a lovely spot for a little alfresco entertaining.
The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, plenty of pots, pans and tableware and a built in breakfast area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant.
The master bedroom is a lovely space, filled with mediterranean sunlight flooding in from the french windows which lead to the balcony. There is a comfortable double bed, armchair, bedside tables with lamps, plenty of wardrobe space and a smart, white, ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, hand basin, bidet and W.C.
The second double bedroom has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a separate balcony with a table and two chairs. There are two further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with one single bed and a small wardrobe for storage.
An extra bed can be added to the lounge area to accommodate an eighth guest.
There is a separate bathroom with a small bath, overhead shower, handbasin, bidet and WC.
