Parellades Atico, Very central with great terrace.

Right in the centre of Sitges but high up above the bustle this apartment has a great terrace with fantastic views over Sitges to the Mediterranean.

Decorated in a homely fashion, with smart wooden pine furniture this is a comfortable, cosy apartment.

The lounge / dining area has 2 sofas, an armchair, coffee table, facing the TV and hi-fi, with lamps around for mood lighting. The TV has Sky freeview satellite and a DVD player. There is also WiFi internet access via dongle, (a deposit of euros 50 is required and is refunded once the equipment is returned. There is also a one-off charge per stay of 25).

Behind the sofas is the dining area with comfortable seating for 6, with a large dresser behind. This area is framed by 2 sets of patio doors opening onto the first terrace, which also has outdoor furniture for Al Fresco dining. From the terrace you see over the roof tops of Sitges to the sea.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas hob, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave. Perfect for catering at home or preparing a pic-nic for the beach.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and located at the back of the apartment, offering a quieter aspect for a good night's sleep. The main bedroom has a large, double bed with lots of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin beds and again, lots of wardrobe space.

There is a bathroom with a full size bath and shower.

A spiral wooden interior staircase leads up to the top floor which has a comfortable master bedroom and the added advantage of its own en-suite bathroom. From here you can step out onto an even larger terrace with sun loungers, and even more spectacular views.

This apartment has a great capacity for comfortable living for larger groups, and is in the best of locations.

Please note that this apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
• Arrivals after 8.30pm to 9.30pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros.
• On Sundays arrivals after 2pm will be charged a check in fee of 25 euros.
• Arrivals after 9.30pm to midnight will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
• Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
• For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
• If you choose to pay the balance by credit card there is an additional fee of 1.5% of the balance.
• Arrivals after 20.00 will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. Arrivals after 22.00 will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
• Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
