Olivella Oasis, Great Location & Pool.
This fourth floor apartment is fantastically located in the Oasis area of central Sitges.
Just a few minutes walk into the centre of the old town, and another couple of minutes to the beaches.
With four bedrooms and the use of a lovely communal pool and garden this is a great choice for larger groups and families.
The living room has leather sofas and modern equipment including a 27" wall mounted TV, DVD player and UK satellite with Sky Freeview channels. We also provide free Wi Fi ADSL connection. There is a small balcony terrace overlooking the pool area with a table and 2 chairs.
The kitchen has modern appliances and is very well equipped with a full oven, four ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, making self catering very easy. Off the kitchen is a small laundry area with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, large wardrobes and drawers plus bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom also has its own 15" TV/DVD/CD player with UK satellite free view . This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds . They both have wardrobes, bed side cabinets and table lamps plus stereo CD players.
The fourth bedroom has a large bunk bed which can sleep children or adults. It has a bedside table, lamp and a CD player. It also has a medium sized wardrobe. There is a second full bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. Guests have use of the communal pool and garden.
The apartment is fully heated and air conditioned affording comfort throughout the year.
This is a great apartment for larger groups requiring comfort, location and value for money.
Like many apartments in Sitges the building is not far from the railway so you may hear the trains whilst in the apartment. There is full double glazing and blinds which cut out the noise at night.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the price does not include the local tourist tax which is payable at check-in. The tax is currently set at EUR 0.50 per person, per night. (under 16's are not charged). This is payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received More than 30 days notice will result solely in the loss of the deposits.
- Cancellation within 30 days of the due start date of your booking may result in further charges if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the due start date or for no-show will mean that the full cost is payable and charged.

The apartment was ridiculously well stocked, it really did have evrything you could possibly think of! It was much closer to the beach and centre of town that we were expecting, the map makes it look further out. I would recommend it to anyone who has a large group or a famly wanting some space and comfort. The Rock Cafe is pretty cool as well!

The check-in process was very well managed, Linda (our greeter) was friendly, helpful and very efficient. We had everything sorted and were down on the beach within an hour of arriving. Top marks!
The check-out process worked very well for us too - because we had a late flight and the apartment was not being used the same day or the next day being allowed to keep our bags there and check out in the afternoon saved us having to lug our bags round Barcelona in the heat :)

We had a really great holiday and were blown away by our apartment! It was larger than my house! Being a Mum, I was particularly impressed with the facilities in the kitchen. It was lovely to have plenty of crockery and cutlery etc, ( though we did go out for dinner every night! )

The accommodation was better than we'd expected and accurate to the description on the web page, (which makes a nice change from other operators we've booked with). The greeter Laura was helpful and informative. She organised transport for our return to the airport and arranged for us to stay in the apartment for a couple of hours longer so we weren't on the street, so to speak, with cases.

"The beaches were very nice. There is a lovely church on the seafront and we discovered some stalls behind it on our first evening in Sitges where my children did some souvenir shopping. There is also a a beautiful shop called Ciel y Terra quite close to the town centre. It's decor is full of imagination and creativity.
