This cosy but bright and airy Sitges holiday apartment is simply furnished and smartly presented. It is situated in the heart of the old town, close to the beach.
The lounge has two comfortable sofas facing a flat screen TV which has Spanish digital channels. The smart parquet flooring gives a warm and homely feel and floor to ceiling windows flood the room with Mediterranean sunlight, there is a dining table and chairs and double doors give access to a wonderful balcony that has the sun all day. There is a table and chairs and spectacular sea views over to the beach and the church. This is a wonderful spot for al fresco dining, enjoying a glass of Cava, a morning coffee or even just relaxing and taking in the fantastic views.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped, It has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.
The master bedroom is also bright and airy, with a double bed, wardrobe space and bedside tables with lamps. It has an en suite bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. From the bedroom you can also access the balcony.
There are three further bedrooms, two have two single beds, and the third has a single bed.
There is a separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, W.C. and hand basin.
This is a great apartment in a fantastic location, with stunning views, it is the perfect base for enjoying a relaxing break in Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For arrivals after 8pm there is a late check in fee of euros 40.
- For this apartment the full outstanding balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the start date of the reservation by bank transfer.
- Guests will be required to provide a security deposit of 300 euros on arrival in cash or by credit card. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
