This apartment is situated in a typically Spanish apartment building located on a street lined with orange trees. There is a communal roof terrace as well as its own balcony, perfect for taking in the sun or looking out over the rooftops to the beautiful mediterranean.
The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the beautiful San Sebastian Beach, the railway station and the centre of town.
The lounge / dining area is spacious and bright and is equipped with a smart flat screen TV, DVD and a Sky didgital box with free channels. From the lounge area double doors give access to the balcony which has the sun for most of the day.
There are three bedrooms, the first has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning, the second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe space and air conditioning, the beds can be made together as a double on request. The third bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe space, this room does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a fan.
The apartment is very well located, a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and bars, a short walk to the beaches at Balmins and San Sebastian and close to the railway station, it is a great choice for your stay in beautiful Sitges.
Please note, like many apartments in SItges, this apartment is close to the railway line that cuts through the centre of Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment the deposit taken is split into two parts, the first part is taken by Loving Sitges and the second part is taken by the apartment manager.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
- Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. After midnight the charge will be 50 euros. These additional charges are payable on arrival.
- Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge payable on arrival.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
- For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
- Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
