This stylish apartment is located in the central 'Oasis' area of Sitges. Just minutes from the train station and a short stroll to the beautiful beaches, it is a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday, with the option of exploring the amazing city of Barcelona just a short train ride away.

The apartment is bright and airy, is air conditioned and has wood flooring throughout. It is furnished to a high standard in a clean, contemporary style.

The lounge provides a comfortable, welcoming space to relax, with two large sofas, a coffee table and dining table for four. It leads onto a wonderful, sunny balcony with a table and four chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.

The fully equipped, modern, independent kitchen is supplied with all you will need to entertain at home. It has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. There is a small table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant, and a separate utility area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment has three bedrooms, the first has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and lots of wardrobe space. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds, with bedside tables and lamps and wardrobe facilities.

The first bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, hand basin and WC. Both are fully tiled, clean and simple with stylish fittings.

The apartment also has access to a fantastic residents swimming pool.

This is a fabulous apartment in a central location, perfect for enjoying all that Sitges has to offer, from the buzzing nightlife, great restaurants and bars to the amazing events and festivals.

Like many apartments in Sitges the building is not far from the railway so you may hear the trains whilst in the apartment. There is full double glazing and blinds which cut out the noise at night.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Please note that no stag or hen groups are allowed in this apartment.
• A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.
• Arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros. After 10.00pm the charge will be 35 euros.
• Guests will be required to give a 150 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.
